Step 1. Attendance
Employees enter their attendance through their smartphones. You can track these entries by going to the attendance screen and choose the employee you want to review. If the employee has updated his attendance you will see the job site, the job performed and the hours it took to complete the task.
Step. 2 Approving Time Sheets
Once you’ve chosen the employee time sheet to review you can approve each job by placing a green tick in the approved box. If for some reason the time is not approved, do not check the box and put in the details why the time is not approved.
